Company Profile

Oilfield Instrumentation (OI) was formed in 1988 in Broussard, Louisiana to provide the best drilling instrumentation equipment, most advanced technology, and fastest and most reliable service to the oil and gas industry. While our offerings have expanded over the years to include custom-built hazardous environment labs like MWD cabins and mud laboratories for sale or rent, our commitment to leading the way has remained constant.

Oilfield Instrumentation is a privately owned, best-in-class provider of real-time drilling instrumentation and harsh environment labs, setting the standards in software, equipment, and service response time.

Oilfield Instrumentation’s service areas encompass offshore and land drilling throughout the United States and internationally. We are proud to use premium quality vendors with certifications such as: CMM Level 3-5, Microsoft Solutions Provider, Cisco Certified and ISO 9001. All of our equipment meets MMS & Coast Guard specifications.

Continued investments in technological advancements, personnel, facilities, and equipment keep OI growing and constantly improving service to customers. We now have seven service locations across the United States, a manufacturing facility and dedicated trucking for our hazardous environment labs, and continually release new and updated software to make critical drilling information more readily available.

From the Gulf of Mexico throughout the United States and worldwide, Oilfield Instrumentation provides the most reliable drilling instrumentation technology, best-in-class service, and high-quality customizable oilfield buildings to meet your needs. We look forward to exceeding your expectations.
