Essential duties and responsibilities include working with developers both local and remotely in developing, testing and troubleshooting of proprietary software. The developer is required to assist in day-to-day operations to ensure all systems are working at peak efficiency, help field and office personnel troubleshoot issues, train users on new software releases, be available after-hours to assist as needed, and help in development of technical papers and manuals.
