First Time User Instructions:
  • Verify the proper Java applets are loaded on your machine.
    OI-USA Real Time Screens and Graphical Reports require the Java Runtime Engine.

    If your Real Time Screens or Graphical Reports will not load, do the following:
    1. Login as an Administrator on your machine
    2. Download Java for Windows, Offline Version
    3. Follow the Java installation instructions
    If you are running Windows Vista, you must install Java Version 1.4.2.


  • Verify that Adobe Acrobat Reader is loaded on your machine
    OI-USA Numerical Reports require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view some reports. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site.
